Free Shipping Within the United States
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Please Note:
- Free shipping applies only to standard deliveries within the 48 contiguous U.S. states.
- Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping.
- Applied discounts may affect eligibility.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! A flat shipping fee of $199 will be applied at checkout for all international orders.
- Delivery times for international shipments typically range between 14 to 21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.
- Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping & Delivery Times (U.S. Orders)
- In-Stock Items:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST (Monday–Friday) ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
- Out-of-Stock Items:
- These will ship promptly once restocked from the manufacturer.
Standard U.S. delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. We do not charge any cancellation fees.
Return Policy
Outboard Engines
We accept returns for outboard engines, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all accompanying materials within 30 days of delivery.
Parts & Accessories
We accept returns for most parts and accessories under the following conditions:
- Return Window:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Item Condition:
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, tags, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Electrical components are non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Restocking Fees:
- No restocking fees will be charged for eligible returns.
How to Initiate a Return

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear.

If your order arrives damaged:
